Workshops

Traditional Indian crafts have lasted this far because of their intrinsic strength to adapt. Yet they face the threat of stagnation and irrelevance in the face of negligence in research and development, which is a basic need of any industry. CCI aims to address the need for crafts to upgrade themselves, and to provide learning opportunities for craftspeople through relevant workshops.

Individuals and organizations, like you, can make a difference by participating in the development of the traditional crafts of our country. CCI invites individuals and organizations to help support such workshops.

Contributions may be made by cheque or draft in the name of “The Crafts Council of India” and sent to our office. All donations are tax exempt under Income Tax Act, Section 80G.
