The Crafts council of India in collaboration with Hand in Hand a charitable
trust and NGO in Kancheepuram, organized for a papier mache craft workshop at Kancheepuram, sponsored by the Development Commissioner of Handicrafts.
This two week workshop held in second half of December, with an aim of enhancing the skill, exposure to product design development, colour combinations to suit the market needs and better marketing techniques for the crafts men involved in this craft.
